Hahaha! Thanks to Cristina for letting me borrow "Salsa: The Motion Picture", because I think it is seriously one the worst movies I have ever seen in my entire life.

...no, really!

First of all, it starred Robby Rosa, the former lead singer of Menudo - that was the first hint at the quality of said movie. There was hardly any plot, it tried too hard to be "provocative" and "hot", but failed miserably. Plus, it was made in 1988, which means that ALL of the actors have the obligatory teased, sky-high hair. Throughout the entire, erm, experience, I wanted to shove a brush in the hands of all the actors....including Robby Rosa....

Ahh! It literally makes me shudder, to remember how bad this movie was!

The most comical part probably has to be the quotation at the back, "The hottest movie since Dirty Dancing!" - Knight Ridder.

Knight Ridder, eh? That's certainly a recognized critic. Indeed, I trust Knight Ridder for the soundest reviews of cinema.

Now we all know not to buy movies with a porn-like picture on the front unless it's actually porn.
